Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and we will charge a 10% restocking fee based on the item's purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of perfumes, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us.

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
